Lochlea Our Barley Single Malt

The Lochlea Our Barley, is their core single malt whisky! Matured in first-fill Bourbon barrels, Oloroso Sherry casks and STR barriques, Lochlea ‘Our Barley’ sits at 46% ABV and is non chill-filtered with no added colouring.

Aromas of pear, boiled sweets, fresh cut grass and orange peel before a peppery palate of macadamia nuts and baked rye bread, finishing up long, orangey and waxy.

Lochlea are also the only distillery in the world who can rightfully claim that Robert Burns himself lived and worked here. He spent his formative years from 1777-1784 working on the same land that Lochlea does to this day.
