This one-of-a-kind full flavoured bourbon is made with soft red winter wheat, rather than the traditional rye, giving it a smooth, easy to drink texture. To ensure consistency they rotate every barrel by hand and age their bourbon to taste rather than a measurement of time. It has aromas of woody oak, vanilla, caramel, and wheat. On the palate it offers a sweet and balanced taste with notes of caramel, vanilla, and fruity essence.
