Named after a wooden schooner that was known for smuggling Rum from the Caribbean to America during Prohibition. Kirk & Sweeney Rum is produced by Bermúdez Distillery out of the Dominican Republic, which has been in operation since 1857. This rum offers notes of toffee, caramel, and vanilla on the nose, and dusty oak, orange-peel, and baking spices on the palate. With a medium-long finish, it has a beautiful taste you’ll love.
