Carefully distilled at Destilería Los Danzantes in Mexico, this delicious Mezcal is made with Maguey Espadin, or agave Angustifolia, and is distinguished in flavour by the conditions in which this plant grows. It has long periods of fermentation, giving it mineral and chalky tones. It contains aromas of smoke and sweetness, while on the palate it offers fruitiness, pepper notes, and some bitterness.
