This gin contains all the classic gin aromatics, such as juniper, coriander, lemon, anise and angelica, but the latter are embellished with a frank touch of parsnip. These root vegetable aromas bring a subtle bitterness as well as an intoxicating sweetness, all supported by a slightly syrupy texture.
