A robust and versatile Gin that is the result of extensive research, involving over 80 different gin deconstructions. The bouquet of rich botanicals and herbs were carefully selected to bring about a variety of nuanced flavours, sensations, and noses under different conditions. Showcasing the juniper and coriander you would expect from a London dry, this spirit is elevated by citrus and lemon grass to give a clean springtime nose. The addition of Szechuan Pepper adds a touch of spice & tingling sensation but is reigned in by the Dragon Well Green Tea, which rounds the mouth feel giving a smoothness on the tongue.
